Diego Ruiloba is a premier Spanish rally driver, born on October 10, 2000, in Pravia, Asturias. Widely considered one of the most exciting prospects in European rallying, Ruiloba has carved a rapid path through the promotional ranks to become a factory driver for the Citroën, and then Lancia, Rally Teams.

Ruiloba’s ascent began with a dominant display in regional and national trophies. In 2021, he achieved a triple crown of titles, winning the Suzuki Swift Cup, the Junior category, and the Volan FAPA. His momentum continued into 2022, where he secured the prestigious Peugeot Rally Cup Ibérica title, a feat that served as his ticket to the elite level of the sport. His ability to adapt to high-performance R5/Rally2 machinery was immediately evident, leading to his selection as the lead driver for Citroën Spain.

In 2023, Diego made a spectacular debut in the Supercampeonato de España de Rallyes (S-CER), claiming the Junior title and consistently challenging for overall podiums. The 2024 season saw him evolve into a legitimate title contender.
