A14 Management

A14 Management was founded on a singular passion: to pass on the invaluable lessons of motorsport to the next generation of drivers.

Created by two-time F1 World Champion, two-time 24 Hours of Le Mans winner, and Daytona 24 Hours champion Fernando Alonso, alongside his trusted inner circle; A14 Management selects a handpicked group of both promising young talents and also well established motorsport legends.

Fernando Alonso

co-founder

Pure Racer, that is the best description of Fernando Alonso. It is not necessary to talk about his vast track record to recognize him as a motorsport lover who could be sitting behind the wheel 365 days a year. What not many know are his skills to explain and teach young pilots. Having the experience is not everything: knowing how to analyze it, getting the best out of it and transmitting it clearly and effectively is a very characteristic quality of him. The two-time World Champion continues to enjoy every time he gets into a Kart but also manages his own career outside and inside the offices.

Albert Resclosa

co-founder

Albert Resclosa began his relationship with Fernando competing together in karting in the 1990s. His path was always towards management, making his first steps in ART Grand Prix karting division as Marketing & Team manager. Shortly after, he signed with the current stock car driver Sérgio Sette Câmara, with whom he worked exclusively for seven years until 2020. Currently Albert is in charge of Gabriel Bortoleto sports career, this being the fourth year together. Albert is a specialist in negotiating contracts and advancing drivers’ careers. For this, he considers it essential to create a work team around the true protagonist. Creating opportunities and managing them in the best way is something that can be highlighted from its past. The contacts gained over the years make it possible for you to place drivers in the right team for each phase.

Alberto Fernández

co-founder

Trained as an Industrial Designer, he spent five years working at the Ferrari Design Center before becoming Fernando Alonso’s personal manager in more recent years. However, their relationship dates back to the late 1990s, when the Asturian driver was actually Alberto’s mechanic during the national and European karting competitions in which he competed. The experience gained over these years alongside the F1 driver has led them to share many interests, ultimately giving rise to projects such as A14 Management and Kimoa.
