Dino Beganovic, born on the 19th January 2004 in Linköping, Sweden, developed a passion for motorsport from an early age. After beginning his karting career in Sweden, he quickly established himself as one of the country’s brightest young talents, winning multiple national and international titles before stepping into single-seater racing.
In 2020, Dino made his single-seater debut in the ADAC Formula 4 Germany Championship. Despite entering one of the most competitive junior categories, he gained valuable experience and continued to develop his racecraft alongside some of Europe’s top young drivers.
The 2021 season marked a significant breakthrough as Dino claimed his first Formula Regional victory and became a consistent front-runner. His performances earned him recognition as one of Ferrari’s most promising junior drivers, having joined the Ferrari Driver Academy in 2020.
In 2022, Beganovic enjoyed his strongest Formula Regional campaign, securing four victories and finishing first in the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine (FRECA), confirming his status as a future star within the Ferrari Driver Academy.
For 2023, Dino graduated to the FIA Formula 3 Championship with PREMA Racing. He adapted quickly to the new category, with multiple podium finishes, ending the season sixth in the overall standings. In 2024, Dino continued in FIA Formula 3 for a second season with PREMA Racing, becoming one of the championship’s leading contenders. He secured multiple victories and podium finishes throughout the year, finishing sixth in the championship and earning promotion to Formula 2. Late in 2024, Dino made his FIA Formula 2 debut with DAMS Lucas Oil, impressing immediately with strong pace.
For the 2025 season, he joined Hitech TGR for his first full FIA Formula 2 campaign while remaining a key member of the Ferrari Driver Academy. Throughout the season he established himself as one of the championship’s most competitive rookies, consistently fighting for podiums and victories while continuing his development towards Formula One.
For 2026, Dino returned to DAMS Lucas Oil for his second full campaign in the FIA Formula 2 Championship. Continuing his progression as a highly regarded Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy junior, he started his sophomore season on a high note by taking a stunning pole position in the season-opener at Melbourne. Throughout the year, he continued to display front-running pace, contending for podiums, and solidifying his credentials as a premier young racing talent on the direct path to Formula 1.

2025 – FIA Formula 2 Championship (Hitech TGR) / Full rookie season as a Ferrari Driver Academy member / Multiple podium finishes and race victories, competing at the front of the championship.
2026 – FIA Formula 2 Championship (DAMS Lucas Oil) / Continues development as a Ferrari Driver Academy member / Secured his second career F2 Pole Position at the season opener in Melbourne Continued presence at the front of the pack, competing for podium finishes.
